Popis

I am a PhD student from Romania, holding both a Bachelor`s and a Master`s degree from Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca. My academic interests lie in genetics and bioinformatics, which I am integrating into my doctoral research, focused on the isolation and characterization of viruses associated with freshwater protists, with an emphasis on giant viruses and polinton-like viruses. Outside of academia, I am passionate about music, painting and photography.
