Description

I am experienced with aquatic ecosystems, including fresh waters and marine environments (Master’s degree in Tropical Marine Sciences), focusing on ecology, food webs, and the software Ecopath with Ecosim. During the under-graduation and the master’s degree periods, I also got also some expertise in freshwater ecosystems, working with large databases and field sampling at several biomes. Among other tools, I am coupling the use of stable Isotopes, statistical analysis in R environment, and food web modelling. I am quantifying trophic interactions between fish, invertebrates, and other animals organized in functional groups in a way to represent theoretical scenarios, later supported by data or experiments.
